Payment Policy & Pricing

GHOST HILL PARK

  1. $200 deposit required to reserve a site. Once you arrive, this amount will be deducted from your first month's payment.
  2. Payment due at check-in – Cash, check or credit card accepted. Cash & check are preferred. We do charge a $10 credit card processing fee.
  3. 50-amp RV rates are $1,000 per month.
  4. 30-amp RV rates are $900 per month, 
  5. Payments are due the first day of each month. 
  6. Late fee will be charged after the 5th of the month. ($50 late fee).   
  7. No refunds. If you are needing to leave mid-month because of a job reassignment, contact us for a pro-rated monthly rate.
