Payment Policy & Pricing

$200 deposit required to reserve a site. Once you arrive, this amount will be deducted from your first month's payment. Non-refundable for no-shows.
Payment due at check-in – Cash, check or credit card accepted. Cash & check are preferred. We do charge a $10 credit card processing fee.
30-amp and 50-amp RV sites available
Payments are due the first day of each month.
Late fee will be charged after the 5th of the month. ($50 late fee).
No refunds! If you are needing to leave mid-month because of a job reassignment, contact us for a pro-rated monthly rate. Two-week notice required for pro-rate eligibility upon departure.
